This quick and easy chocolate cake is a favorite at our house!
Chocolate Snack Cake
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8 inch square pan.
Combine dry ingredients, add vinegar, vanilla and milk. Mix until well blended and pour into prepared pan. Pour chocolate chips over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out with moist crumbs. Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
